The app is intended solely for educational support and is not a replacement for professional teaching, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Content generated by RapidRevise is meant to help you study. It should be used as a learning aid only; always verify important academic details with your official course materials and instructors.

We collect only the information you choose to provide while using the app.

Data you provide is used to power the study features inside RapidRevise:

• Creating summaries, flashcards, and quizzes from your notes
• Answering AI study questions and explaining concepts
• Keeping your revision hub organized and personalized

We do not use your study content for advertising or analytics. Your data is processed to improve your own learning experience only.

RapidRevise stores study content locally on your device by default. If you enable optional cloud backup, your data is stored securely through the chosen service.

• Local study content is kept on your device unless you opt into backup
• Cloud backup traffic is encrypted in transit
• DhruvianLabs does not retain a copy of your personal study data beyond what you choose to store

RapidRevise relies on optional third-party services to provide login, backup, and AI generation features.

• Google Sign-In — optional user authentication
• Google Drive — optional backup and sync of your study content
• AI / LLM Services — used to generate summaries, quizzes, and explanations when enabled

Each service is governed by its own privacy policy, and DhruvianLabs is not responsible for their data practices.

You control your data in RapidRevise.

• Export or clear your notes and generated study material
• Remove app data and settings at any time
• Disable or revoke Google Sign-In access from your Google account
• Delete backups directly from your cloud storage account

DhruvianLabs does not sell, share, or monetize your study content. Your notes, summaries, quizzes and backup data are used only to support your learning within the app.

You may delete all local data and optional backups at any time.

1. Open the RapidRevise app on your device
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Delete Google Account Data or clear local data
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

After deletion: all local study data is permanently erased, any cloud backups you created are removed, and DhruvianLabs retains no personal copy.
